Fuchino is Wonderful
I have been a loyal fan of Dr. Fuchino for almost 10 years. He is one of the few vets I have ever found who gets down on his knees, pets your animal, talks to him or her and even is willing to get his face licked. This office is really the oddest vet office that I ever have experienced. There seems to be an arbitrary division in the front office where not all receptionist provide service for all the doctors. As a customer, it provided me with less service. Yesterday, I called to get a report that I requested months ago. Since the doctor was not in, a message was taken and I was told to call again...
