I've lived in this area my whole life and I finally checked out Green's Produce. Produce costs a little more than at the grocery store, but worth it for the freshness and to support local growers. Green's Produce really does have all things grown in Texas. I go for east Texas tomatoes and for locally grown fruits and vegtables. They have been around for a long time and their quality stays wonderful. Their prices have gone up a little but are still better than most grocery stores. They do have some house plants and some nuts and things but it is all Texas grown. I even get jars of...

I love farm fresh produce but do not have the time to drive to the Farmers Market in Dallas. This place has solved that problem for me as it is centrally located in Arlington.
The produce is always fresh and tastes so much better than anything you will find in a grocery store. Since the building is open you also get the feel that you are at a Farmers Market.
