terrible sums it up. I moved here a couples months ago and I'm already looking for places to move. the management company could care less whether your neighbors are loud or anything else you might need. I'm only up doing this right now so hopefully someone can avoid this nightmare.

This management is a joke the apartments are not worth the price. The walls are thin you hear everyone conversation they take forever to repair any problem big or small. The management is very rude and nasty They find any reason to take money from there tenants with all type of charges and fees please stay away from this management you will regret it.

GreenPlan management is responsible for my shower/toilet overflowing with cockroaches/sewer water. They ignored my calls and I now have cockroaches living in my apartment. When I moved in I was promised an air conditioner would be placed in my window and now, months later, it took them over a week (on a 102 degree day) to tell me that I'm not "entitled" to an ac. This is one of the worst rental companies out there! They have NO problem violating your lease and walking into your apartment any time they feel like it. I have found bank records pulled out and money missing from my apartment.

I am now beginning the process of suing them for ENTERING MY APARTMENT WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent SEVEN times since December of 2011 until February of...
