I bought a brand new Jetta and was still under warranty when my transmission went bad, the radio went bad along with the antenna. To top off my brand new Jetta going bad with only 13,000 miles on it, the service was rude and not informative of what was wrong with my vehicle. They kept it for over a week with nobody being able to tell me why. Two weeks after that happening, my battery went bad...

We bought a new car here a couple of months ago and then returned this past weekend to look at another model.
On both occasions were greeted by car salesman who didn't know their products. The first time when we purchased we were at the dealership for almost 6 hours just processing the paperwork. Also, if you opt for paint protection, just say no and when you do they will cut the price in half!...

found out later that we paid far too much, based on a big stretch of the truth from a company rep. corporate people are rude and snotty. would not by a fan belt from these creeps.
PROS: nobody shot at us or stabbed us.
CONS: wouldn't know the truth if it snuck up and bit them.
