When driving by this apartment looks really nice, but please look better. The yards are not kept up. Management drives over sprinkler heads breaking them. Water then shoot all over causing mud everywhere. Maintence staff try their best but are given little funds to fix things properly. The rent is really high for what you get. Apartments are very small. The management is not capable of...

When you move in they put everything to you in a very nice way, all is amazing. Once you live there for a year you will start seeing everything fall apart. They will increase your rent, deny you maintenance that you are entitled, even if its on your lease they will try to find their way out of it to not have to spend a dime.The gym,laundry and green areas are disgusting, trash and dirt all over...
