Green Papaya Cafe might be known as a vegetarian restaurant. And sure, it does have a bigger-than-normal selection of non-meat dishes like vegetarian pho. How is that even possible But meat-eaters arent exactly going to go hungry at this brightly colored Vietnamese place thats playfully decorated with colorful Christmas lights. Vegetarians and vegans dont have to fret when they come to Green Papaya. This unassuming Vietnamese chain has lots of meatless choices, including spring rolls with shitake mushrooms, taro and carrots, and yellow curry with tofu, sweet potato and taro. Theres also green papaya salad with fried garlic tofu. Even meat eaters will be tempted by these unique offerings.
