This guy has no customer service skills
I just picked up a lawn mower here that was supposed to be fixed by today. I dropped it off last wednesday. That is 8 days. He said it would be done today and when I went to pick it up he said did I call you? I said, No but when I dropped it off you said it would be done today. He said well, if I didnt call you then its not ready. I said he should have told me that when I dropped the mower off and that I would wait for his call for it to be done. He then ordered me to come back as he was looking for my mower and I said I dont take kindly to orders from anyone. Then I said find my mower because I dont want you working on it anyway. He also told me he wouldnt work on an older mower I had because if something else goes wrong with it I would try to blame him for it. If you expect to be treated like a human being and not a dog, dont go here!

A lady in need and Dale is always there!
I'm a homeowner who takes care of my own yard and snow removal. Without a doubt, Dale is most honest and trustworthy guy around. I've been using Dales services for 20+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I've sent MANY referrals to Dale, don't know what I'd do if he ever decided to close shop. Teri
