On June 28 as I was en route to my new apartment with a loaded Uhaul and paid movers following, I received a call from the Regional Property Manager saying that my new apartment still was not complete and they would need to house my belongings in an empty apartment and put me up in a hotel.

Terrible management since I've been here, and through each of the last two management changes, it's just gotten worse. Upkeep has slipped, new paint promised and never delivered. Hallway walls damaged, spackled, never painted. Gym no longer on site but in an adjacent large high rise - totally inadequate for the number of people in the complex. People are moving out.
