In one word Outstanding!
Whatever you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. The woman on phe phone sold your service with effeciency and extreme courtesy. Trust that you mean what you say and back up your services. Enough said. Nathan was courteous and efficient. He pointed out options and trouble spots on my carpets then proceeded to make them look new again.
