There is clearly a lack of communication between the staff. Appointments aren't kept, the receptionist gets unfriendly and defensive. We've been to three different speech centers as we've moved throughout my child's life and this place was by far the most disappointing.
Ellen Thalheimer is my child's speech therapist. It took a long time for me to find someone I liked and trusted. She is great! The rest of the office staff must do well also, as the lobby is always full.
