We have been visiting the clinic for just over 2 years. Our greyhound has been treated by Dr. Willis and Dr. Baugh; both doctors are excellent and I would recommend either one. The staff have always been kind, considerate and helpful, even on the visits when they are experiencing a very busy day. We have a 30 minute drive, one way, to reach the hospital, but it is well worth the drive for the excellent care our dog receives.

I never worry about taking my dog to Great Oaks Animal Hospital. They are very knowledgable and take very good care of my dog. One of the few vets I've seen actually get down on the floor and play with him before they begin examining him. I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else!

I don't know why anyone would say Great Oaks is dark or dirty. They must have confused it with someone else. It is nicer than my doctors office. Clean, well lit with a friendly staff.

I took my dog in after he snapped at friends and actually bit me. It was traumatic. I was afraid my only option was to put him down. Dr. Grimm and her wonderful staff talked me through this difficult situation...

Excellent Vet

Dr. Lisa Willis has treated my persian cat, Nadia, for several years now since I moved to Round Rock. She is such a good vet that I still drive the distance to her clinic, since moving away. I highly recommend her to anyone who requires a respectful, caring, intellegent doctor for their pet.
