The WORST!!!! My son got his hair cut here and it is a disaster. The sides do not even match. It seriously looks like a kindergartener took some scissors to it. We are going to try to go get it fixed at another salon. We will NEVER go back to great clips again! In the past it was okay usually when we got home I'd fix it a little on the places they missed but this? Last straw! Never again!

Rudest staff I have ever experienced at a salon.I called to inquire about the wait time and got the most rude, short, impatient woman on the phone.I honestly wish I could remember her name so that I could complain to a manager.I will never go to this business, they have lost me forever.

I've been coming to this location for over 5 years and for the most part my cuts are good and consistent. I have my favorite stylist that do a great job.The new automatic check-in (for iPhone) is a big time saver --- I highly recommend. That said, I would check what time they close as the mobile check-in does NOT take the closing time in account.

I can be a cheapo at Great Clips with their occasional $7.99 sales and 1) my do doesn't suffer horribly, and 2) Jennika never gives me spit about it ((:Check in ahead of time with their Android app & don't waste your time waiting for Bubba to give u a bad buzz cut with the doggie clippers for $20

I would have to say That Diane is the best, not only does she listen to the client, but is very personable! She brings a comfort level that I have never seen before in a hair stylist. I will always recommend her to my friends and ask for her personally to deal with my entire family.
