It was a terrible experience from the moment I sat in the chair. I left without my haircut being done I paid full price I did not stay to get it fixed because I was very distraught. when I call up there to explain my concerns it was turned around and the assistant manager was not able to help me I'm hoping the manager can help .
My hair is going to Locks of Love

Been going there for 3 years. This time I went in and there was a 35 min wait. I told them I wanted to get on the list and whole one girl was going to do it the other insisted I come back. I told her I don't mind waiting and still she just said I come back bc they were there till 9 anyways. She didn't put me on the list even when I was willing to wait. Not going back

In reading the other review, I felt it necessary to share our experience. We were promptly attended to as there was only one other customer. They cut my sons hair and my own just as we wanted it...
