I drive a 2007 Toyota tundra pickup with a drop in oil filter. Grease monkey changed my oil and left my oil filter empty. I found out at my next oil change. Really crappy thing to do to someone....

Stay away!

I called this shop and talked with a person who said his name was 'Chris'. I asked if he could give me a quote for work on my vehicle. He said he could. I described year, make, model and what needed to be done. He said he would work up a quote and we agreed I would call back for the estimate. When I called back he said the repair would cost $200. I asked what would be least busy...

Best place for an oil change, I've used all 3 locations and the service has been A+. Being a women your always worried about being taken advantage of or scammed. Everything is based on mileage I can verify in my owners manual, I make the decisions and they're very helpful with my questions.

I'd say you go there best friend .. or at least give them a call to give you an estimate....I always got the most reasonable and lowest price from them knowing what the parts would cost me if I attempted the labor myself ....very experienced and knowledgeable and TRUSTWORTHY HONEST mechanics....situation: I suspected after having a fuel pump installed about 8 months ago from them that it went...

Stopped in for my regular oil change & asked if they could pinpoint a noise in the front of my car, figured I would have to goto the dealer or other high priced mechanic to have it diagnosed. To my surprise they are now doing repairs! They found out the back of my brake rotor was wore from a sticking caliper, fixed it on the spot $160.00 cheaper than a Brake place, I called just to make sure...
