Just moved in begining of December but so far very good. Staff is very personable and always eager to help. Community is quiet. Truly a place you could call home.

This is the worst apartment complex ever. The management is kind of stuck up. Maintanence sux. Apartments are small. Always break in's. Crazy people live here. Not good at all. Apartment complex charges you all kinds of money at move out for stupid clean up. Right next to a high school that is in construction. You will never get any sleep. No one ever picks up their dog poop. Worst complex...

The new management is less than helpful and the construction is just a way to jack up the rent. Will not and have not recommended this place to anyone.

The apts. are quiet for being right off 820...and your close to Dallas and Fort Worth! 820 traffic is horrible, so learn alternative routes! Make sure you do not face the high school! It's is band practic all afternoon until 9pm everyday even weekends...including the summer. As for the staff/maints, they are great!
