We have seen Dr. Gravitz for years for our two kids, now 9 and 12. We have been very happy there and have not had any problems with the office staff. When my son had a problem with a supernumerary tooth (extra baby tooth) Dr. G referred us to the right people.

Dr. Gravitz was great with my son however, the rude, pushy receptionist left a horrible taste in my mouth and we will absolutely not return to this office. On the first appointment, we had barely left the dental chair and the receptionist cornered us asking if it was cash or check...didn't even have time to put on our jacket or walk to the front. Dr. Gravitz does a fine job. The receptionist, on the other hand is perhaps the *worst* you could ask for. Overcharging, can't do her math, rude.

Front Desk: Professional and organized. Can work on being less hyper...particurly when many kids are already nervous about seing the dentist.
