They are so nice. I had been calling insurance agent after insurance agent. Most had no clue what they were doing and just wanted to sell me something. I called Steven Graves Insurance and they were friendly, helpful and there was no pressure to buy. The lady there was more concerned that I had all of my questions answered then selling me the policy. It was so nice to get GOOD service.

I had called several insurance agents and most had no idea what they were doing or talking about. Everyone I spoke with at Steven Graves office provided me good answers to my questions and treated me with respect. It was so nice working with professionals. It is so nice to call one insurance agent and receive several quotes for my home and auto insurance. Everyone was nice, helpful and fun to work with. I saved money on both my home and auto insurance.
