They were wonderful to this stranger and were straighforward about Simba's needs. I have been going to this vet for the last two years. From the time that you arrive to the time that you leave everyone in building is pleasent. Even the office pets. One of my dogs have benn sick on and off for the last 6 months no matter what time of the day it is I have been always told to bring him in.
