If you live anywhere in the Illinois valley, you should use Grassers. I worked for them for 2 years until I moved to Florida and now own my own A/C and heating company and I assure you there is no one better in the valley. I have had several of my family members use them and all have been extremely happy. Gary and Jack (the owners) are great people.

Will never do business with this place again. First I set up an appointment and they were no call no show. Second they show up with no parts to do job . Third they show up with wrong parts. Fourth they try to send a different guy out and when I talk to him he has no parts and say need to reschedule , so I tell them do not bother , will find someone else!
