A++! We had a major pool repair, and the schedule slipped four times due to the weather--Grannetino handled all of it in superb fashion: their dispatcher was great, and after the final schedule change from the plaster folks, Grannetino had a crew pre-position 2 x 400 feet of water hoses and commenced a multi-truck water fill. This was accomplished within an hour of my last minute phone call that the plastering was finished. Their service was absolutely exceptional, extremely well-organized, and they had the best rates in the Delco/Chesco area that I could find. This superb service was perhaps surpassed only by the personableness and professionalism of the employees, which speaks to an outstanding organizational culture, great leadership, and a great team. My sincerest thanks for yet another exceptional job, and my highest recommendation.
We had water delivered for our residential pool. The hoses leaked in various places, one hole creating a fountain of water. When you are paying $600 for the water to go into the pool, it's throwing money away when it's pouring onto the driveway! The owner was rude when I discussed it with him. He agreed to take the dollar amount I was willing to pay, though he has put me on a ""do not deliver"" list. That works out fine if their attitude is so poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing pool water.
