food is edible, but the customer service this evening was terrible! It was incredibly cold in the dining area. 2 of the 3 families dining complained about the cold and asked if the thermostat could be adjusted warmer. I overheard the one family ask the young lady worker and she told them no, they couldn't change it. I then went to the front counter and asked for it to be changed. I was told...
