terrible with returning calls

I have been waiting for months for test results to no prevail. Everytime I call the office, i never get calls returned and the girls that answer are quite rude. I asked for my records to go to another doctor and of course, no return calls. When I called again, they said the records were there. I asked when was I supposed to get a call and was told they didn't know. Plus, if I want the records I have to pay 29.95 for them..I thought I owned my records????

Beware! Commits insurance fraud! Horrible!

I went in for a consultation, was there under 10 mins. I was charged $250! My insurance paid most of it, but I was still sent a bill for the remainder. The office (DR. Crosby), put the wrong service on the bill so she can be paid more from my insurance company, an ""extended office visit."" I fought on the phone for months with the office and the claims service..they give you the run around, do not return calls, keep you on hold forever, make you speak to 12 different people and then get nowhere. They admitted putting down the wrong service for the extra, and will not do anything to...

Expect to wait at least 5 min on hold.

Don't call and expect to speak to speak to a person. If you're calling for an appointment expect to wait at least 5 min before speaking to someone. If you're leaving a message to have the Dr. call you back for follow up, don't hold your breath.

However once you do reach a person the staff is nice enough as are the doctors. Just make sure that you get all the info you need before you leave.

After calling at 3 different times during the day I decided to call 10 min before the office closed. I was then actually able to speak to someone and schedule and appt.
