Expensive, Maintenence Issues

If you want a garage, be prepared to spend another $65 per month on top of the rent, plus you pay for your own utilities. The building itself is very old despite the new exterior and has a number of issues. In the past year alone, residents have experienced sewer backup, emergency electrical transformer replacement, and intermittent loss of hot water.

Slowly Declining

We have been here for about 2 years now. Since the change of ownership, the condition of the building has been slowly declining. The staff here are amazing, but sadly, not amazing enough to balance out for the lack of facility care since new ownership. The hallway carpet is faded and rarely cleaned, the washer and drier make clothes smell bad, instead of good, and the rent has gone up both...
