What a wonderful store! I walked in, told them I needed a HEPA vacuum with specific features and the lowest price vacuum they could sell me that met my requirements -- and they worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. I love going to a place where they know what they are talking about. I tried four different hardware and variety stores to get a vacuum cleaner belt, until it dawned on my to simply go to the source. Within minutes of walking in the door, I found my belt and was on my way. They also serviced my sewing machine and it now purrs like a kitten.

Great service.
