Affluent and impressive, the lobby boasts a front desk that's literally a desk, not one of those airport-style counters. The staff is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is pleasant. I would recommend the Grand to anyone---it is the essence of class!

this hotel is beautiful! But beautiful and functional. The rooms have such warmth and the beds are fanstastic. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff is great, They were able to get us into a 5 star restaurant with ease. There is a price to pay (about 200.00 per night, but if you can indulge, do so here.
