Don't ever call this place to repair one of your appliances!!! They overcharge!! I got a coil replaced in my dryer (part cost $19) and they gave me a bill of $175 for a 10 minute job! The lady at the service desk was rude and basically told me...."Ha Ha, you got screwed!" RUDE! Will never refer again!!! EVER!
We had an unfortunate situation of a gas leak after the installation of our new gas range. Grand sent Bryan out to help us - he couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgable in fixing the problem. He even went to Home Depot to get some supplies that were needed. I wish I knew his last name so I could include it in this comment!

Purchased all of our appliances through Grand Appliance, which are Sub-zero and Wolf products! We had a few problems with our steam oven and dishwasher, which they serviced. Took 3-4 visits, but they fixed both. Brian was great, and we'll be back for any future appliances.
Your delivery team in Davenport was fantastic. We purchased a washer and dryer from Mike Haakenson ( a great salesman to work with ), and ghe delivery guys were there when they said they would, moved the appluances downstairs and hooked everything up, and took the old ones away. They were courteous and very professional. Nice job.
Your Fitchburg, Wisconsin delivery guys pulled right alongside my living room windows and left their truck idling for 45 minutes while delivering. Either shut down the delivery truck or park away from the building, no one wants a loud truck with exhaust fumes outside their window at 8:30am. Terribly disrespectful.
