I have lived here for 5yrs and have found it to be very quiet. clean and very well maintained.the managers work hard to keep up with every ones needs . There is a pool ,tennis courts,laundry,good parking(covered)reasonable rent,and the people are friendly .when some thing goes wrong they are there to fix it right away, even if it is a holiday!!!! I can`t say enough about the facility.

Excellent property. The staff is efficient and the grounds are kept in pristine condition. Very quiet community and property is located in much nicer part of town. Location is excellent - within walking distance of mall and restaurants. Lots of storage available in apartment - all apartments have a patio.

We lived at the Granda Apartments for about 1 1/2 years. We were happy most of the time. They call the apartments "Luxury Apartments", however there is nothing luxe about them. Our doors had holes in them, there was paint splatter everywhere, and some of the lino in the kitchen and entry way was peeling up. They aren't terrible apartments but they are out dated, miss match fixtures and kinda...

I've lived at the Granada Apartments for over 5 years. I feel it's the nicest community in Yuba City. It's close to everything. The property is well maintained and the management is friendly and responsive.
