Arrogant and doesn't want to take time to listen to patients concerned. Appears to be overworked and had a horrible bedside manner.

I am very disappointed by this practice. Please take note that they only accept Delta Dental. I have great insurance that only costs us a 20% co-pay until we meet the stop loss for the year, in which case everything is covered at 100%. Despite this fact, no one informed us that they do not accept the 'contractual rates' that our insurance recognizes...at least not until we paid 30% up front...
