I know someone who visited someone there and said if she could, she would fire all the CNA's. She also states that there are patients who ask for help, ringing their buzzer, and get no help. Same as previous writer stated - it's true. She saw patients sitting in their urine and feces also, for lengthy amounts of time. Terrible.
