I was not able to find anyone to help me. Their were no sales people on the floor from the mens dept to housewares. I finally found help in the cosmetics dept. Which she was able to call someone to the other dept for me. This is the first time I tried the gottscalks in Indio. I usually shop at Palm Springs and will continue. I am alway able to get help there and it is a very clean, fresh store. The Indio location was a mess as well. I will never go back. I would advise to stay away if you want service and a clean store.
