I hate using this location. Every time we go here, they try to convince us to buy things that we don't need, which I understand, as every car place does. But what really annoyed me was putting me down for an appointment to have these services done without telling me and they calling me to "remind" me of that appointment several times, as well as calling several times to ask if I wanted to buy...

They took 3.5 hours to do an oil change while I waited there. And the whole time I waited they repeatedly coming to tell me what other imaginary repair they'd love to charge me for. After waiting...

That review above is wrong! I went there the other day and was very pleased with the whole process! David, the guy up front worked with the guys in the back to make sure my vehicle was fixed right and the price was fair! I checked around and yes, they offered other services, but they did not try to scare me into buying. David sat down with me and pointed out the safety concerns, then he pointed out the preventative maintence items. You know, the things that will save me money down the road as well as make my car last longer. My brake fluid had to be cleaned, it was dirty. I did let them fix...
