The staff at Good Year were extremely professional and helpful. They pointed out the benefits of obtaining a front wheel alignment as part of my installation process so that the tire wear wold remain equal among all four tires. They only negative comment would be that they did not have enough front of store staff to allow for faster customer service. Over all this is the third time I have used...

I would never do business with this store again. I purchased 4 brand new tires at a cost of $1372.00 in August of 2012. on May 17th I noticed one of my $350.00 tires was dry rotting. I went back to the store and showed them the tire and the service mngr. stated that they would have to order the tire as they dont stock them, we set up an appointment for Monday afternoon to swap out the tire.
