The charitable model relies on community members to contribute their gently used (or new) belongings--anything ranging from business and casual wear to home appliances, children's toys to books and computers--and purchase others' donations. The proceeds from the bargain-priced wares go toward job training and career-placement services for disadvantaged populations, including welfare recipients, homeless citizens and those with physical and mental disabilities.
The gentlemen who works there on a day to day basis is very helpful and welcoming. Overall, very quick, easy, and beneficial for our community.

This Goodwill is a Donation Center Only. Can't complain about a donation center. They have parking out back, which makes it one of the easiest places to donate to in West LA. The staff will come out to your car and carry in anything you bring, without you asking. And they even offer the receipt without asking. …
