I bought tickets for my employees and their families last summer. The captain is super friendly and helpful. The ship was older looking than I remembered, but is under going a huge remodel currently. Can't wait to see it. The behind-the-scenes look at Cleveland is somethig not to be missed. The captains knowledge is both extensive and interesting! The brunch...
