I liked that people is very nice and treat you with a smile. I have been in many hotels (both fancy and not) and normally people is nice but I was surprise to find people attending you with a smile. This is the best value for your money in the area. It has all I need. I book my stay...

Excellent Customer service- I had to book urgently a one night stay at the GN Inn - the booking and the website navigation are excellent. However I ended up staying at a friend's house so I cancelled in between flights . The CS staff were awesome and quick in completing my request. Would definetely recommend. .

The room was very nice, but the air was a little bit stale. Although, opening the porch door and/or turning on the AC fixed that easily. The service at the front desk was incredible. Ahmad was one of the nicest people I have ever met :) There was a nice looking pool, but I didn't have the chance to go...

Staff will be rude check in very slow an unprofessional . No matter if you have reservations in advance. Staff all over the place overbook their rooms. Regrets never having room you resevered. Hair always in the bathrooms.
