The Scene The funky older building has limited seating inside, but that's OK. Kirby location is very casual with limited indoor seating. BBQ sauce is AWESOME! Very good meat - brisket, turkey, chicken and sausage. Side dishes are outstanding - jambalya, pinto beans, jalapeno cheese bread!!! I'm not a potatoe salad fan and I have not eaten the deserts.

Well if you have never had bbq before this place probably isnt too bad, but if you come from a city that offers great bbq like dallas or austin this place pales in comparison. The brisket is too tough, the sides are nothing special save the jalepeno bread and unfortunately all it takes is one bite of the chopped sandwich to know that this place isnt the real deal.
