I am the 'Scheduler' that Kenneth C spoke to. What he did not mention in his post is he instructed our technician to place the sand in the flower bed and even help the technician with placing in the bed.

I would not recommend Goodall Pools for any service needs. Had them out recently to change sand in my pool filter. Charged me more than double what they quoted and left over 200 lbs of old sand behind in my flower bed! When we called to discuss the issue with Goodall the service manager would not return the call -- he had the scheduler return the call and state they would have to charge more...

Stay away from the service department of this place. They are the worst.
