Good Food On Montford

This "hip and stylish" Madison Park American small-platery from Barrington's Bruce Moffett and his brother, Kerry, provides "inventive" fare and "reasonable" wines that help keep the atmosphere "buzzing" (read: "noisy"); a few folks sigh about the "no-reservations" policy, which means you can "wait and wait" at busy times, but even so it's "not to be missed."

We were in Charlotte for a quick business trip and friends brought us to Good Food as it is one of their favorite restaurants. Service and food were both excellent and it did not break the bank. I would definitely come back the next time...

We had six plates and every one of them was amazing. I especially loved the falafel and sticky bun. I really enjoyed this restaurant

Worth the wait

Even using the NoWait app, my boyfriend and I had to wait ~30 minutes for a table. Despite this, we loved every dish that we tried. Pappardelle and oxtail gnocchi were highlights. I hope to return soon.

We were passing through Charlotte while on a speaking tour, and my daughter suggested we check out Good Food.
First, get there early! We arrived 8 minutes after opening, and got the last available table for 4 (it was a Saturday though, to be fair)....
