I'm a bit shocked by the negative reviews. I don't know what axe they have to grind - the Golf Mart is a very well run franchise - all the stores - but by far my favorite is the Mission Valley Super Store because of the unsurpassed selection of both new and used equipment.

This is a business with very unprofessional staff working here. Their only goal is to sell you their most expesive items, not what is best for the customer. As far as service goes, it is lacking to say the least. I was sent from one person to another without being helped by any one of them. Hands-Down the WORST Customer Experience of any Retail Store. Golf Mart's employees could care less about your needs and they do whatever they can NOT to help you. Golf Mart is part of Worldwide Golf Shops which has a few different store brands like Roger Dunn Golf Shops in Santa Ana, CA which is one of the greatest golf shops I've ever been to. While my experience with Roger Dunn has been superb, my experience and the way the employees have treated me at Golf Mart in San Diego makes me sick to my stomach.
