Definitely one of the worst Gyms I have had a contract with. They charge and additional $15 per contract (so if you have a wife it is $30) that is supposed to go towards improving equipment, but they never do. They never update the…

Take note: The boys with bulging biceps are the mascots, not the majority. Gold's generally offers Spinning, aerobics and kickboxing classes, yet weight-training remains the core of the program. Dumbbells and barbells, not spa-like amenities, are the attractions that draw the beef-heads in droves.

Gold's Gym offers everyone the chance to enroll in gym classes promising both the benefit of looking good and also to stay healthy. There are over seven hundred fitness centers in the country and the staff and instructors are always ready to help and offer advice. The customers can enroll in any of the classes offered.
