Horrendous Service, Will Never Use them Again

We were referred to this company by our Mitsubishi extended warranty agreement. The woman answering their phones treated us like garbage. They were horrible to work with in every respect and very unprofessional. Highly advise against using this company.

Woman threatened on the phone once I got hold of a REAL person, to charge us anyway for a service call I tried to cancel!
