This one is a tough call for me. You cannot come to Las Vegas w/out eating @ Hugo's Cellar downtown. In the same breath, if you're in town, then you need to go to Golden Steer. I cannot stop raving about it.........that was definitely the best steak I have ever had in my life! I am a meat and steak lover, have probably eaten more steaks than the average person in my life, and have cooked and eaten many great steaks in my life but, that was an absolutely divine rib eye steak. I travel a LOT and have been to a lot of famous steak houses. This is the best one I have seen. The food was superb, the best martini in Vegas [watch out for the huge size], the history of the place is old Vegas royalty [Sinatra, Dino, S.
