After just getting home from the hospital I really wanted something to tickle my taste buds. Being alone, unable to drive and craving Chinese food, I called Golden Star and asked if they deliver to Sun City (they do!). My taste buds went into overdrive in anticipation. I placed my order and it came to less than their usual $20 for delivery. My heart sank. Just then the kind fellow on the end...

Mediocre food but great service and cheap!

Eh...wouldn't ever go back as the food was pretty typical and mediocre despite their signs to the contrary out front. Very cheap, tho...and the service was superb. Good place to stop, eat something and chat with friends as it was not overcrowded when I was there.

I was actually surprised by how good the food is here. Seems like a "hole-in-the-wall" type joint in a strip mall but the food is actually outstanding. I never wait longer than 5 minutes for a takeout…
