The property manager for Golden Properties is wonderful!!! My family and I feel very safe living here, and feel that she is a very fair and helpful woman. Maintanence requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. We love our duplex! We moved from across the street from where we are now, and it made a WORLD of difference!!

Golden Properties management needs improvement badly,the maintance is horrible and does a pissy-poor job at repairing things in a timely matter,the apartments' manager is very unprofessional in more ways than one.Nevertheless,no one is hardly ever at the office when they are needed to be there,except when its rent time,when you have a complaint or repair order they take their time getting to...

If you are looking for a great place to stay...then Golden Properties North is the place to go...they have very nice duplexes and friendly staff and the fastest maintenance ...huge fenced back yards and car garages. This is the biggest place to live in this area!

i never rented from this company but they are VERY unprofessional. I called and emailed SEVERAL times. They NEVER ansewered the phone, when I finally went to the office she was RUDE. She gave me attitude because they hadnt taken down a vacancy sign, she acted like it was my fault. I WILL NEVER LOOK AT THESE PROPERTIES!!!
