I have been coming to this place since the 80s and it is by far the best Chinese in Lakewood/Long Beach. The phone line is wonky, so if you get a fax tone, hang up and try again. Recommend calling ahead for pick-up -- delivery only works if you order off-peak. I've never dined in.
