The food was to die for, but the service was the worst I have ever had. We set for 20 min. before the server said. The server barely spoke a word. We were there an hour before we received our salads. We finally got our checks after 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I spoke to management, they didn't even apologize. Overall, it was understaffed and poorly managed!!
Located in the historic west-bottoms, this restaurant offers some of the best jazz around on Saturday nights. And if your from out of town, and lookin' to go ON the town, this is your place. Seth Lee, arguably the best stand-up bass player in Kansas City, graces this lounge Saturday nights. You're missing out!
