We had them specially make an engagement ring for us. The ring was fatter on one side than the other side. The prongs weren't straight the whole thing was a mess. We then choose a ring from their stock . When they sized the ring to fit they butchered it. We had to argue to get the money back for the setting. They don't know how to make jewelry

I was a little worried about buying jewelry and the Golden Jade Jewelry in Chinatown what with the language barrier and not knowing what kind of items they had but a friend of mine swears by this place. So we went one day and the sales people were really nice and friendly and helped me pick out a really nice affordable pair of solid gold hoop earring for my sister. She is going to love them.
