They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at my price point. I needed a silver chain for my dad. He wanted it to hang in an exact spot where he had been injured in an auto accident. The had the chain cut, polished and ready to go the same day. I am happy with the purchase and found the price very fair for the chain even without the custom cut. Thanks guys!
