I have never dealt with a business so unprofessionnal. It took them 2 weeks to put on the back of my Gucci watch! I thought I would give them ONE more try, so, I dropped off my Rolex watch to have them put a new battery in it. 8 weeks ago!! I was told they would call me when it was ready. Guess what? NO call. I left messages that were never answered and when I finally reached the owner today,...

Don't ever drop anything off for repair. Even the smallest thing! I dropped off a watch to have a new battery put in, it has been 8 weeks and I found out today that it has not been touched. They said they couldn't change it!!! I asked if they planned on calling to let me know, and she said, "I think we tried once, but there was no answer and no machine." "I don't know though, we don't have time...
