LIARS AND JERKS
Amin, the owner of the store who told me he was merely a sales clerk, is a liar and is clueless (or at least appears to be) when it comes to making anything right with the customer. He will lie to your face and then apologize when you don't buy the lie. He is a senseless prick that will be punished by Ahmed deedat.
His gay lover, Mark, who decided to butt in with his 2 cents after Amin decided the situation wasn't worth dealing with, was no help and thought he was definitely far better than any customer could ever be, with his pretentious D&G glasses and white BMW. These guys do not care about service and I PROMISE you if you have a problem with your phone, they will screw you and not help you. If the Sprint store you go to is operated by an Arabic person RUN AWAY FAST. For whatever reason, this group of Arabic people have come to the USA to screw people and make all the money they can make. Ever wonder why the jobs are outsourced? The Arabics own the company!!! WAKE UP. I don't mean to sound racist, but these peopel are STINGY with their money and will not work with you to make things well with the customer. ALSO, REVIEW YOUR CONTRACTS! The whole reason this problem began is because Julie, the only Spanish speaker in the place, who was all of 19 years old, decided to go ahead and deactiveate/activate my old and new phones without reviewing the contract first. So, I left the store with no phone service and a different plan than I walked in with. I had to spend 3 hours yesterday with corperate customer service just to work out the b@!%!**t this company, Global Wireless Sprint Store on E. OLTORF spun. SPRINT ON OLTORF AND ANY STORE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS...STAY AWAY! I'm sure these a@!%!**s own it. You'll be glad you did.
